Close competition in similarly-prepared cars on a regional, national and international level provide drivers the opportunity to test their mettle against drivers of similar ability levels.
ZR Pro Challenge
Will it be another repeat of last year for the 3.0 liter Kodi ZRa's and 3.2 liter ZRm's to fill the high profile tracks such as Orchard Lake, Mills or Toban Raceways? Or will the new higher-powered, 355bhp ZRz's prove that the extra torque out of the corners will dominate down the straight?
Either way it happens, the battle will be a tough, fire and brimstone battle for the title. The driving force behind the ZR Challenge Series Presented by DRC is a similar build list for all cars, including the awesome spec Trackmaster tires. It all comes down to the ability of the drivers to maximize the draft down the straights, maintain momentum through every corner and use their honed driving skills to make the right moves. Every race promises to be close.
ZR Regional Challenge
The ZR Regional Challenge Series offers non-pro drivers the amazing opportunity to compete against other amateurs in Spec prepared Kodi ZRa's and ZRm's. This series is a stepping stone for up-and-coming drivers as well as individuals who savor the thrill of high-speed, door-to-door competition. The ZR Regional Challenge Series takes place at numerous race tracks around the world. The series culminates with regional champions racing for the title at the ZR Challenge World Series during the Toban Raceway SRGP Weekend in October. To enter the ZR Regional Challenge Series, drivers must have a current and sanctioned competition racing license.
SRGP
Kodi ZR's also actively participates in the world-famous SRGP race series including high-profile events such as the 24 Hours of Toban, Mills Grand Prix Run-Offs and The Orchard Lake 24 Hour Endurance. The SRGP is a multi-class series including such vehicles as the Rhez, Howston, Hammer, and of course, the ZR.
